Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your FertLi experience. If you're not happy with a paid feature or subscription, we offer refunds.

Eligibility for refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  • You cancel your subscription before it renews: You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. If you cancel before the renewal date, you won't be charged for the next period.
  • You are not satisfied with your guidance within the first 7 days after purchase: If you are not happy with the personalized guidance provided by FertLi, you can request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
  • Technical issues prevent you from accessing paid features: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the paid features you subscribed to, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.

Ineligibility for refunds

Refunds are not available for the following:

  • Free features: FertLi's free features are not eligible for refunds.
  • Change of mind after 7 days: We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a purchase after 7 days from the original purchase date.
  • Issues outside our control: We are not responsible for issues outside our control, such as problems with your internet connection or device compatibility.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@fertli.com. Please provide your account information and a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 3 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Timeframe for refund requests

You must request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date if you are not satisfied with the guidance. For technical issues, you must request a refund within a reasonable timeframe after encountering the problem.

Changes to refund policy

FertLi reserves the right to modify or update this Refund policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy in the App.
